I'm Wilmanda, you may call me Manda. I'm currently a senior in high school. This blog page was created because my English IV teacher wanted all her students to create a blog so we could write more and do most of her work on our blogs.
About Me: I'm 18 years old and a senior at Seagull Alternative High School. I am at an alternative school because I am a teen parent. At 14 years old, I got pregnant. Nine months later, at 15, I had a beautiful baby boy. I named him Ahdreem Jeremiah P Garoute. He is currently 3 years old. He has been going to school with me ever since he was in my belly. Two weeks after he was born, he started school. We never stopped going to school and we will continue to go to school until we graduate. We have a pretty good life. His father is very much in his life and we all give him the support he needs to grow. Indeed, we are growing. We are living with my parents until we are able to support ourselves. Right now, I'm in school to graduate on June 2012 as Valedictorian of my class and we are happy.
